The user accounts will remain accessible until 26.03.2023, where you can continue to manage your tickets.

The ticket exchange of tickets.de will no longer be available from 01.03.2023.

If you have any questions, our service will remain available at tickets@tickets.de until 31.03.2023.

Ticket Exchange

Currently, there are no tickets available in the ticket exchange.

Information
In our "Ticket Exchange" you can either buy online-tickets from other users or resell your online-tickets yourself.

Online-tickets can only be offered up to the original ticket price including the booking fee. The bank transfer will be handled by tickets.de. If you buy an online-ticket via the Ticket Exchange, a new online-ticket will be generated and will be sent to your e-mail address. At the same time we will invalidate the online-ticket of the previous user.

If you want to sell your online-tickets via the Ticket Exchange, please log in to your customer account and use the option „My Tickets“. In this section you can click on the button "Ticket Exchange" next to the ticket you would like to sell.
